At Native Tallow, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. We keep our return process simple and straightforward.

How to Return an Item

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unopened, and in its original condition
Returned in the original packaging
Shipped back at the customer’s expense

If these conditions are met, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) once the product is received and inspected.

Start Your Return

Email us at info@nativetallow.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a short explanation of the reason for return.
Carefully pack the item and send it to the following return address:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened skincare products, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original product and place a new order.
